Charter policies

The terms every Party Fleet Chicago reservation is booked under. Captain safety decisions always come first.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations made 14 or more days before the scheduled charter may receive a refund of amounts paid, less any applicable non-refundable fees. Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure may be subject to forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows and late arrivals are generally non-refundable. Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Refund policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing fees, third-party fees, transportation charges and other specifically identified non-refundable charges may be excluded from refunds. Refund processing times are determined by the payment processor and financial institution.

Weather policy

Safety comes first. Party Fleet Chicago reserves the right to delay, reschedule or cancel a charter when weather or water conditions are determined to be unsafe by the captain or applicable authorities. When Party Fleet Chicago cancels a charter because of unsafe operating conditions, customers will be offered a rescheduling option or refund according to the applicable booking terms. Weather conditions do not automatically qualify a customer for cancellation if the charter remains safely operable.

Arrival & check-in policy

Guests must arrive at the designated check-in location at least 30 minutes before departure. Late arrival may reduce the customer's cruising time because the vessel must maintain its scheduled departure and return time. Failure to arrive on time may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.

Payment & deposit policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation. The remaining balance is due 7 days before departure. Reservations made within 7 days of departure require full payment at booking. A reservation is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully processed.
